About Our Director
Jihan Massoud, lovingly known as Jiji, was born and raised in Cairo, Egypt. She joined SMCC in the summer of 2021 and has over 30 years of experience in early childhood education. Jiji knew from a young age that God was calling her to work with children, and she began teaching Sunday school when she was just 15 years old.
She earned credentials from Pasadena City College and UCLA and holds a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Grand Canyon University in Arizona. Jiji loves building relationships with children and helping them discover God’s love through learning, play, and everyday moments.
Jiji and her husband, Romani, have two children. She is grateful to be part of the SMCC family and considers it a blessing to serve the children and families of the preschool.
